How Monitronics 5 Diamond Certified Monitoring Station Works:
- Your alarm system is triggered.
When your security system is armed and then triggered by an event your monitored home security system instantly sends a signal to one of Monitronics’ sophisticated Customer Monitoring Centers around the country.
- Monitronics receives the alarm signal.
Once the signal is received, a trained Monitronics Customer Monitoring Center Professional will contact you via two-way voice or by telephone. In case you accidentally set your alarm off, Monitronics will clear the alarm event. - The proper authorities are called.
In the event of an emergency, the Monitronics Customer Monitoring Center Professional notifies the proper authorities of the type of emergency at your home. The proper authorities are also called when you are unable to provide the proper password, Monitronics is unable to contact you or if your contact telephone line is busy.
